Quality Criteria

Hotels from 20 bedrooms and above are graded according to their quality rating and must meet the minimum quality standards criteria for 3 star First Class in order to be considered for membership. Most member hotels have AA Rosettes for their food and even a Michelin Star. Within the membership, you have hotels with excellent leisure clubs, health & beauty spas, and onsite golf courses.

Hotels that are in the process of being refurbished to a high standard but cannot at present meet the minimum Classic quality standard can join 'Amber Hotels' until they reach the minimum Classic quality standard, when they can then switchover.

This generates volume corporate accommodation and conference business for member hotels booked either directly with the property or through the GDS. Classic have a free venue-finding and booking service.
