Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. A deposit of 11.75% of the total booking value will be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payments using Debit cards will not incur card surcharges. Payments using Mastercard or VISA credit cards incur a small credit card surcharge and payments using American Express cards will incur a higher surcharge to cover part of the commission cost charged by the credit card companies. Any applicable charges are clearly shown before you complete your booking.
Cancelling Your Reservation:
Your deposit will be refunded in full, excluding any credit card surcharges, should you cancel your reservation by 4.00pm (local time) at least 24 hours prior to arrival, except for (Elstead Hotel - Bournemouth, Fosse Manor Hotel - Stow-on-the-Wold, Lake Vyrnwy Hotel - Snowdonia & Royal Marine Hotel - Brora, which are 48 hours prior to 4.00pm arrival; and Inver Lodge Hotel - Lochinver, which is 7 days prior to 4.00pm arrival). If you cancel outside the cancellation period or do not turn up at the hotel, there is a Cancellation Charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value.
