Classic British Hotels provides other websites with rates and availability of our member hotels. We offer the most competitive rates to our customers and ensure that no other public travel website undercuts our prices. We also have the most extensive range of our hotels' packages & offers on our website. Customers booking through Classic British Hotels are more likely to be upgraded on arrival, subject to availability.
1. To qualify for the Classic Best Price Guarantee, you must have located elsewhere on the Internet an available room at a lower room rate for the same room and bed type in the same Classic British Hotel for the same dates and for the same number of people.
2. The Classic Best Price Guarantee applies only to room prices with terms & restrictions that are substantially similar to the restrictions that may apply to your room reservation with Classic British Hotels (e.g. advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements, cancellation and change policies) and does not apply where the room price restrictions are more onerous than any that may apply to your room reservation with Classic British Hotels.
3. If you have found a better rate elsewhere and hadn't booked yet or just made your reservation with Classic British Hotels online or through our Reservations Centre; you need to either call us at the time of booking on 0845 0 70 70 90 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the competing website which offers the lower rate than that on www.classicbritishhotels.com. Classic British hotels will not only match any price you find for our hotels on other public travel websites, but also give each adult on the booking, £5 to spend at the hotel bar.
4. The Classic Best Price Guarantee does not apply to any bookings where the name of the hotel is not known until after the booking has been made.
5. The Classic Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Classic British Hotels reserves the right to amend, revise or discontinue the Classic Best Price Guarantee at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Please make sure that VAT is included in the price. Check also if it is Room Only or Bed & Breakfast. The Classic Best Price Guarantee does not apply to the two night Classic Getaway Bed & Breakfast package or modified or cancelled reservations.
