Dining Experience - Brownsover Hall Hotel
Enjoy a fine dining experience amidst the grandeur of the impressive WineGlass Restaurant at Brownsover Hall.
The delicious menu is overseen by Daniel Galmiche, a Michelin starred chef, who has worked in conjunction with the head chef at the hotel to create an inspired menu, featuring the finest local produce and focussed on local food heritage. Fine wine is a speciality in the WineGlass restaurant and there are 40 wines and champagnes available by the glass, each of them handpicked.
Opening times for the WineGlass Restaurant are:
- Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 10.00am on Saturday and Sunday
- Lunch is served from 12.00pm to 2.30pm all week
- Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 9.45pm all week
A wide selection of wines, beers and other beverages can be found in the Sir Frank Whittle Bar, which is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
- A range of light meals and bar snacks are served from 10.00am to 10.00pm all week
