The Gallery Restaurant boasts Two AA Rosette fine dining in sumptuous surrounds - luxuriant hues of duck egg blue and pale silver, fine art, soft lighting and, of course, magnificent views over the Chatsworth Estate.

Guests are treated to beautifully presented dishes using fresh ingredients, many locally sourced, and can savour delicious modern British cuisine complemented by a list of around 70 wines; from 'Classics', such as Chateau Gruad Larose 1993, to 'New Worlds', such as Viognier 'La Cruz'. There is an extensive half bottle selection, with many wines also offered by the glass.

The Kitchen Table at the Cavendish affords up to two guests the opportunity to experience all the energy of an award-winning kitchen and watch their meals being prepared from scratch. Whilst kitchen tables have become fashionable as of late, the Cavendish has had such a table for over 20 years. Dining in the heart of the kitchen, you can enjoy a bespoke menu and a chat with the chef.

The Garden Room enjoys stunning views of the Chatsworth Estate through its glazed surrounds and features a stylish interior - a chequered floor and dark wood furnishings. Afternoon teas are a must, where freshly baked scones are topped with delicious homemade jams and served with slices of Liz Marsh's Homemade Fruit Cake.
