The history of the original manor house dates back many centuries. Jane Seymour and Catherine Parr, two of Henry VIII's wives stayed in the building in the 16th century and some say their spirits live on.
The building remained as a privately owned manor house and farm until the 20th Century when it was converted into a hotel.

From London & South West: exit the M4 at Junct. 25. Follow signs for Caerleon. After Caerleon, head for Usk & Llangybi. Hotel is approx. 4 miles along this road on the left.
