Local Attractions near Felbridge Hotel & Spa

The Felbridge Hotel and Spa is set amidst the rolling hills of the beautiful West Sussex countryside, with the famous heathland habitats of Ashdown Forest nearby, home of the Woozle hunting, hunny pot hankering Winnie-the-Pooh. At its doorstep is Wakehurst Place, a botanical garden with the world's largest seed conservation project. The country estate of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Wakehurst Place is the National Trust's most visited attraction. Hever Castle, a 13th Century double-moated castle, is also nearby and was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII. Today, visitors can wander through the castle rooms, full of fine furniture, tapestries, antiques and Tudor portraits. There is a wealth of visitor attractions within easy reach of the Felbridge, many of them suitable for all ages, such as the beautifully restored Bluebell Railway, evoking nostalgic memories of a bygone era. A little further afield is the glorious South Coast, the vibrant seaside town of Brighton and the blue flag beaches of Eastborne.

If you would like us to organise activities during your stay, from clay pigeon shooting to hot air ballooning, please contact our Reservations Centre on 0845 0 70 70 90.
