The Felbridge Hotel & Spa has 10 meetings rooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest technology and facilities. The hotel can accommodate meetings of all sizes up to 500 delegates. East Grinstead is just a mile away, Crawley is 7 miles and Gatwick Airport is 8 miles.

The largest conference room at the hotel is the Grand Ballroom. It is a magnificent venue and one of the largest ballrooms in the South-East of England, with the capacity to seat up to 500 delegates in a theatre style layout or 300 for a banquet. The Grand Ballroom has a built-in stage area and extra wide doors, giving access for bulky equipment and cars. The room has acoustic sliding walls and can be divided up into smaller meeting and syndicate rooms. It opens out onto the courtyard and landscaped gardens.

The Willow Suite features its own exclusive dining area with an attractive conservatory which overlooks the gardens and opens out onto the hotel courtyard. This room also has its own private bar area.

The Sycamore and Mulberry Suites are interconnected, offering a flexible meeting space on the ground floor with large windows and direct access to the courtyard. In addition, there are several meeting rooms at Felbridge Hotel & Spa that are ideal for smaller meetings, functions or private dining.
