    The buzzing, contemporary style Brasserie restaurant is a fabulous experience whether you are enjoying a meal with friends, celebrating a special occasion or relaxing at the end of a busy day. The continental atmosphere enhances the menu which is influenced by cuisine from around the world. In fact, you will find that Head Chef, Steve Evans, has created a menu which is brave, international and inspirational.

    The Brasserie 101 Opening Times -
  • Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 10.00am Saturday and Sunday
  • Lunch is served from 12.00pm to 2.00pm Sunday to Friday. The Brasserie is closed for lunch on Saturdays. Traditional Sunday Cavery Lunch only served on Sundays.
  • Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Saturday. Please note, the restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays, however, light meals are available from the Bar Menu.
  • Last Orders for Dinner - 9.45pm Monday to Saturday.
  • Please book your dining times in advance
