At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A67.Go through one roundabout and at the next roundabout that the 3rd exit onto Sadberge Rd. Turn left to merge onto the A66. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1150 heading towards A1(M) /Durham/Darlington (North). Continue through one roundabout and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A167 / North road. Continue to follow A167. Turn right at Brafferton Lane and the Hotel will be on the right.
