Hall Garth Hotel in County Durham was originally part of the Bishop of Durham's Estate. This Darlington hotel is located between York and Newcastle upon Tyne, 18 miles south of Durham and just half a mile from the A1 motorway. How to find us

By Road

From Durham Tees Valley Airport - Head Southwest and turn right toward A67. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A67.Go through one roundabout and at the next roundabout that the 3rd exit onto Sadberge Rd. Turn left to merge onto the A66. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1150 heading towards A1(M) /Durham/Darlington (North). Continue through one roundabout and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A167 / North road. Continue to follow A167. Turn right at Brafferton Lane and the Hotel will be on the right.

From Darlington Railway Station - Head North on Park Lane toward Victoria Road. Park Lane turns left and become Victoria Rd. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A167/ St Cuthbert's Way. At Freeman's Place roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on the A167. At Northgate roundabout take the 3rd exit onto a 167 / Northgate. Continue to follow the A167, go through one roundabout and turn right at Brafferton Lane and the hotel will be on the right.

From the A1 Motorway - At junction 59 take the A167 exit to Newton Aycliffe. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A167 / Durham Road heading towards Darlington. Turn left at Brafferton Lane and the hotel will be on the right.
