The location of Harpenden House makes the hotel the perfect setting for conferences, weddings, seminars and exhibitions. The seven stylish conference rooms, all with natural daylight, are versatile and can accommodate up to 150 people.

The newly refurbished Garden Suite offers a versatile event or conference room for up to 150 guests, and can be split into 3 rooms, for syndicate or medium sized meetings. Each of the 3 rooms has independently controlled air conditioning, modern conference lighting or mood lighting with chandeliers for dinners. The Suite is light and airy and the design has been inspired by an Italian Garden. The suite opens out onto the pleasant garden area and terrace.

The Evergreen Room at Harpenden House Hotel offers fully air-conditioned, purpose built facilities and presentation equipment with ergonomically designed chairs for added comfort. Doors lead out onto the pleasant garden area.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked. Each room is set up and available at least 30 minutes before your meeting or event. You will have a dedicated member of staff, who will be available all day long, to help your event run smoothly and to organise any last minute changes or additional requirements.

There is ample free parking and free WiFi for delegates throughout the hotel and public areas.
