The Tower Restaurant

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel enjoys a fine reputation for excellent cuisine and has been awarded an AA Rosette of distinction. The 24,000 acre estate provides the hotel with the most wonderful and fresh ingredients including game, lamb and fish. None of the food used is genetically modified. The emphasis is on flavour and maintaining the integrity of the ingredients and from time to time, experimenting with exciting new combinations. The restaurant has a delightful environment with lake views, the atmosphere is light and airy by day, and cosy and elegant at night.

The Tower Restaurant offers creative modern cuisine using the freshest local produce.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am all week
A Lunch menu of light meals and snacks is served from 12.00pm to 3.00pm all week
Afternoon Tea is served from 3.00pm to 6.00pm all week
Dinner is served from 6.45pm to 9.15pm all week

Alternatively guests can choose The Tavern where you can enjoy a light brasserie style menu in a country pub in the hotel grounds which offers al fresco dining in the summer on the terrace overlooking the lake, or by log fires in winter.
