    The Adderley
    Relax and enjoy a drink in the Atrium lounge with its relaxed Mediterranean feel and extensive drinks menu before enjoying a delicious meal in the Adderley Restaurant. The Adderley Restaurant is the main restaurant in the hotel and offers a stylish atmosphere conducive to elegant, yet contemporary dining, focusing on great service and innovative menus.
  • Sample starter menu: Soup of the day; Traditional smoked salmon; Seasonal melon, mixed berry compote; Confit duck leg, stir fried pak choi, sweet chilli dressing.
  • Sample main course menu: Braised blade of beef, bourguigon sauce, mashed potato; Supreme roast chicken, plum tomato, shallot confit, puree potato; Fillet plaice, prawns, grape and cream sauce, saffron potato; Roasted vegetable tian, goats cheese croute, provencale sauce.

  • Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and from 7.30am to 10.00am on Saturday and Sunday
  • Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2.00pm Monday to Friday and from 1.00pm to 3.30pm on Sunday. The restaurant is closed for lunch on Saturday.
  • Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 9.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and from 7.00pm to 10.00pm on Monday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
    Hathaways Restaurant -
    A gastro style pub offers a truly rustic feel with exposed beams, open fireplaces and an eclectic mix of furniture in addition conservatory styled dining areas and private rooms are also available. The menu is extensive and offers bistro style food with a hint of classic British cuisine.
  • Sample starter menu: Ham hock and apricot terrine, piccalilli, ciabatta toast; Wild mushroom and tomato bruschetta; Asparagus and Parma ham salad, celeriac remoulade, glazed figs; Salmon and coriander fishcake, watercress creme fraiche.
  • Sample main course menu: Char-grilled chicken breast fusilli carbonara, rocket and chard salad; Seared tuna loin, nicoise salad, balsamic dressing; Church End Ale battered haddock, mushy peas, chipped potatoes; 8oz British beef burger, topped with Brie and bacon, chipped potatoes; Steak and ale pie, creamed potatoes, garden peas.
