Ramside Golf Club

Since it opened for play in 1996, The Ramside Golf Club has quickly established itself as one of the leading Clubs in the North of England, receiving a Golf Monthly Gold Award in 2007, and being recognised in the top three play and stay venues in the North in 2009 (English Club Golfer March 2009).

The Course itself consists of three loops of 9 holes - The Princes, Bishops, and Cathedral Courses. Each loop has it's own individual features, but all blend well with each other, and allow different Courses of the Day. It is a fair course, and was designed to challenge the good golfer, whilst not demoralising the below average golfer. Maturity came rapidly on the Course with all the copses containing fully-grown trees, and the fifteen water features look as if they've always been here!

And then there's the Clubhouse!

Outside, there is a large putting green and bunker practise area along with a covered eighteen bay driving range.

Inside, there is a well stocked shop, Members Lounge, Billiards Room, Steam Room, Sauna, and the finest, traditional, well-appointed changing rooms for miles around.

The Conservatory Lounge and Bar, overlooking the 27th green, make a great 19th hole (or 28th if you've played the full course!) and there is a wide ranging menu and a well stocked Bar. The four large plasma screens allow you to relax whilst taking in the best in live sport.
