  • Sample main course menu: Pan Fried Sea Bass with a Pesto Roasted Vegetables and Saffron Mushroom Potatoes; Confit of Duck served with Pancakes, Shreaded Cucumber, Leeks and Hoi Sin sauce; Ballontine of Chicken stuffed with a Cream Cheese and Watercress Mousse with Rosti Potatoes and Dianne sauce.
