Guests can savour the selection of mouth-watering dishes such as poached maize fed chicken breast with ham and leek risotto and French style pea sauce; sauté fillet of beef with nutmeg and spinach mash, roast carrot marmalade and morel & port wine sauce; wild seabass with basil oil and parmesan mash; or roast fillet of cod.   • Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 9.30pm Tuesday to Thursday only. The Willows Restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday and Monday.
