    The Dining Room
    Awarded two rosettes by the AA for fine cuisine, the Willow Restaurant has an intimate atmosphere, overlooking the beautiful surrounding gardens. Guests can savour the selection of mouth-watering dishes such as poached maize fed chicken breast with ham and leek risotto and French style pea sauce; sauté fillet of beef with nutmeg and spinach mash, roast carrot marmalade and morel & port wine sauce; wild seabass with basil oil and parmesan mash; or roast fillet of cod. Unobtrusive, seamless service and top class imaginative food and wine makes for a memorable dining experience.

  • Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 10.00am Saturday and Sunday.
  • Lunch is served in the Willows Restaurant on Sundays only from 12.00pm to 2.00pm.
  • Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 9.30pm Tuesday to Thursday only. The Willows Restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday and Monday.
