St Brides Spa Hotel offers its guests three uniquely different dining experiences. Both the Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar are located within the hotel and have dramatic sea views over the harbour. The Cliff Restaurant provides fine dining with a contemporary, seasonal menu that uses the freshest of local Pembrokeshire ingredients. In the village of Saundersfoot, the Mermaid on the Strand Restaurant overlooks the golden beach and specialises in locally caught seafood, whilst The Marina is a contemporary fish and chips restaurant with healthy eating options available.

Perched on a cliff top within the hotel is St Brides' marine spa with single and double treatment rooms and wet relaxation lounge overlooking Carmarthen Bay.
