With its stunning location set in 300 acres of magnificent Constable Country, Stoke by Nayland Hotel has become one of the most sought-after venues in the region for leisure breaks.

The gymnasium is equipped with the very latest Technogym 'Excite' range of cardiovascular equipment; each station has a touch-screen TV offering numerous TV and radio channels, as well as a DVD option so you can watch your favorite movie whilst working out! Alternatively you can enjoy the stunning lake view outside the windows. The superb Technogym Biostrength resistance equipment also uses the same microchip key technology as the Excite range. A short induction is necessary for guests who wish to use the gym during their visit.

The aerobics studio overlooks the lake and offers a wide and varied range of classes which include Body Balance, Body Pump, Tai Bo, Yoga, Aerobics, Spinning, Karate, Dance and much more.

The club also has a fully featured spa, making it the perfect place for spa days or spa breaks, pampering days or simply a place to relax with specialist treatment and therapies.

Guests can enjoy tailor-made treatments using the Decleor range of skin products. Treatments include a range of blissfully relaxing aromatherapy massages and facials, Indian Head Massage, Rasoul Mud Therapy, manicures, pedicures, electrolysis, Sports Therapy and specialised body wraps on the Hammam hot stone massage bed.
