Stoke by Nayland Hotel is ideally positioned in the Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St. Edmunds triangle, 15 minutes from Ispwich, 10 minutes from Colchester and 7 minutes from Sudbury and is only 45 minutes from the M25, Stansted Airport and Harwich.

The conference and banqueting centre includes the Devora Suite which can accommodate up to 400 delegates theatre style, and a further 8 meeting rooms, with flexible configuration, which can seat up to 200 guests. There is also an area that allows for vehicle access for car launches - a rare facility in the region.

Natural daylight, air-conditioning and free WiFi feature in all meeting rooms. Many also offer private terraces and superb views of the glorious surrounding countryside, lake and golf courses - a superb environment for motivation, enlightenment, discussion and team building.

Delegates can enjoy complimentary use of the Peake Fitness Health Club & Spa during their stay and for something a little unique, a relaxing and therapeutic back and shoulder chair massage can be provided by the fully trained 'Peake Fitness' therapists either at lunch, during refreshment breaks or after the meeting!
