Extensive conference and meeting facilities at the Vale Hotel include 10 multi-functional meeting rooms, seating up to 700 delegates in a theatre style layout. In addition there is an outstanding standalone Indoor Exhibition Arena, offering 3,000 square metres of space for large-scale events, exhibitions and indoor team building (with either an artificial grass surface or solid conference flooring) The Arena can hold up to 1,500 delegates in a theatre style layout or 1,300 for a grand-scale banquet.

All meeting rooms in the hotel are air-conditioned and benefit from natural daylight. The variety of room options make the Vale Hotel an excellent choice for meetings of all sizes, from private board meetings to exhibitions and product launches, and the team at the hotel have considerable experience in planning and organising meetings and events of all sizes.

The Vale is within 3 minutes drive of the M4 motorway (Junction 34), 15 minutes from Cardiff city centre and Cardiff International Airport. Bristol is 45 minutes away and London is 2 hours drive. The hotel has ample free parking on-site and valet parking is available.
