Cookridge Hall Golf Club
As the fastest growing golf facility in the North of England, Cookridge Hall is home to a Championship 6788 yard, par 72 golf course, designed and built by key members of the design team the built The Emirates Club in Dubai.
American in design, the course rolls through the countryside of North Leeds, offering fantastic views of the Yorkshire Dales. The 18 hole championship golf course is arguably one of the most challenging and enjoyable courses in the North of England. With water features on 9 holes, the streams, ponds and lakes make it most picturesque as well as demanding.
Adding to the overall spendor of the place is the Club House which dates back to the 1820's. Previously used as a Coach House, it overlooks the 18th green and is the perfect setting to compliment a great days golfing.
Sand Moor Golf Club
Sand Moor enjoys picturesque countryside with panoramic views overlooking Eccup Reservoir, the Harewood Estate, the Dales and, on a clear day, the White Horse of Hambleton Hills in North Yorkshire. This eighteen-hole, par 71, championship golf course was originally developed in 1921, The course provides an enjoyably challenging and good test of golf for every standard of player with a fully equipped professional's shop, a PGA Professional available for coaching and a large accessible practice ground.
