The Wrightington Hotel & Country Club is the highest rated 4 star hotel within 6 miles of Wigan, and is just a quarter of a mile from junction 27 of the M6 motorway. Surrounded by open countryside the modern Wrightington Hotel enjoys an idyllic rural setting and is a short drive from Manchester, Liverpool and Preston.

The hotel is completely non-smoking. As you go through the main entrance, there is an elegant reception and foyer area. Public rooms are air-conditioned and there is a landscaped courtyard. Bennett's Restaurant at the hotel overlooking the countryside, specialises in steaks and fish and offers delicious modern British cuisine using local produce. For snacks and light meals there is the Atrium Café Bar.

From Manchester Airport - Follow the signs for the M6 heading North. Leave the M6 at Junction 27 signposted Wigan/ Standish. At the end of the slip road take the first exit signposted A5209 (Wrightington Hospital). After the BP Garage (on the right) and St. Joseph's Church (on the right), turn right into Moss Lane. The hotel is situated on the right.
