'Snow Guarantee' Policy - You must take all reasonable steps to arrive at the hotel on your expected day of arrival. We will determine what is considered to be reasonable in the event of a cancellation, and will seek advice from the AA if in doubt. We will only accept cancellations on the Snow Guarantee Cancellation Policy, within a 12 hour period prior to 4.00pm on your expected day of arrival, as a direct result of adverse weather conditions beyond your control, namely snowfall, that makes it impossible for you to arrive on the expected day of arrival for your stay. In circumstances where you are unable to arrive at the hotel on your expected day of arrival due to snowfall, you will be able to transfer the full value of your stay - or part of the value, where you have been unable to attend one or more nights of your stay - to another stay date at the same hotel, including any supplements (e.g. afternoon tea, spa treatments, rounds of golf, etc.) that have been pre-booked, and excluding any credit card surcharges. The alternative stay date is subject to availability and excludes New Year and Bank Holidays. Only one transfer to an alternative stay date is allowed per booking, where the Snow Guarantee Cancellation Policy applies. We reserve the right to change the conditions of your cancellation policy in line with the change in risk. A limited number of bedrooms are available on this policy and is subject to availability.
