The medieval village of Alfriston provides a wonderful backdrop for a Christmas celebration at Deans Place, where roaring log fires, a cosy bar, elegant restaurant, beautiful grounds and views set the scene.

Tuesday 24th December:
If you have chosen a three night break, you should arrive in time for some last minute shopping in the village and a festive cream tea as part of your package.

Wednesday 25th December:
After you wake up, dont forget to check outside your door to see if Father Christmas has visited before you enjoy a hot and cold buffet style breakfast. The Rector at St Andrews Church will be pleased to welcome guests from the hotel for the traditional family service. Alternatively there are some lovely walks accessed directly from the hotel gardens onto the South Downs helping you to work up an appetite for our splendid traditional Christmas Day Lunch with musical accompaniment from Neal Richardson. After some time for relaxation during the afternoon with friends and family, a light supper will be served in the evening at which we encourage you to enjoy the company of fellow guests.

Thursday 26th December:
After breakfast, take time to discover the village or venture further afield to the coast. Enjoy either our Boxing Day Buffet with Impromptu in the Alfriston Suite or opt for luncheon in the restaurant without music, the choice is yours! In the evening we will be offering a candlelit dinner to round off your festive break with us.
