Sunday 30th December:
Arrive in time for afternoon tea in the lounge by the fireplace. Take a leisurely stroll around the village before you have a quiet dinner in our award-winning Harcourts Restaurant.

Monday 31st December - New Year's Eve:
After breakfast spend the day exploring the area or relaxing in the hotel. End the year in style by savouring our 5 course gala dinner while Impromptu play some light, background music, followed by dancing until 1am to music provided by 'South Coast Counds' who will play well known party songs to get you in celebratory mood. We provide you with a glass of bubbly just before midnight to toast in the New Year.

Tuesday 1st January - New Year's Day:
After a hot and cold buffet style breakfast, guests may wish to start the New Year off with a bracing walk on the South Downs, visit the coast or enjoy a relaxing morning by the fireplace. A three-course dinner will be served in the award-winning restaurant in the evening. Guests checking out on New Year's Day are offered complimentary late checkouts.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £100.00 is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is payable by 15th November 2012.
