Arrive at your leisure and spend the day as you wish. The evening will commence with a pre-dinner glass of champagne & canapés, prior to a mouth-watering five-course dinner in our Bay Restaurant. At midnight, enjoy a fantastic firework display in the hotel grounds with a glass of bubbly to toast the New Year.
