Kids will be sure to want their parents to make reservations at Lake District hotels next year as a local attraction is hosting a special tea party.

Hotels near the World of Beatrix Potter may be especially good choices, as the destination will be holding Tea with Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny on July 28th.

Tickets are priced at £12.50 for adults and £10 for children between the ages of one and 15 years, which includes a present for each youngster.

Both Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny will be joining in the fun, which includes storytelling and a wealth of sandwiches, cakes and crisps.

After the party, which commences at 13:00 BST, guests will be able to explore the World of Beatrix Potter before returning to the country house hotels in the Lake District.

Other events throughout the year include tea with Peter Rabbit, which is taking place on a variety of dates.
