Charity events planned in East Anglia
Anyone enjoying trips to luxury hotels in East Anglia this May could consider taking part in a couple of charity events to raise cash for the Variety Club's Children's Charity.
On May 27th, the Variety Club May Ball will take place, kicking off with a champagne reception at 19:15 BST, located at De Vere Dunston Hall, Norwich.
This will be followed by a four-course meal and an auction and raffle, with tickets priced at £45 per person, or £400 for a table of ten.
More sport-minded visitors can enter themselves into a charity golf day on May 25th, with a team of four paying £140 for the privilege.
The day kicks off with breakfast rolls at 11:00 BST, followed by 18 holes of golf and a buffet meal at the end of the day, where prizes will be given out.
Visit Norwich recently revealed that the University of East Anglia's Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts would be holding a number of drop-in events for families over Easter.
