Christmas tree festivals to take place near Chipping Campden hotels
There is plenty of excuse to get into the festive spirit while staying at Chipping Campden hotels over the coming days, as a couple of Christmas tree festivals are being held in the area.
The first is being held at St James' Church in Chipping Campden from December 6th-10th, where more than 40 decorated trees will be on display.
Not only can visitors marvel at the trees, but also indulge in a cup of coffee and a mince pie as they soak up the atmosphere, reports the Cotswold Journal.
Admission to the festival is free, but donations are welcome and will be given to Save the Children.
Meanwhile, anyone residing at Stow on the Wold hotels can head to a festival at St Edward's Church, which will run from December 9th-11th.
There will be 28 trees, each of which has been donated by Fosseway Garden Centre in Moreton before being decorated by local schoolchildren.
Guests of hotels in the Cotswolds may also wish to head over to Blenheim Palace, where plenty of festive events are being held over the coming weeks.
