Enjoy a cycle challenge while at hotels in Wales
Visitors to hotels in Wales who are feeling particularly active may want to sign up to a cycle challenge event established by the National Trust.
It will take place on May 1st starting from the National Trust Stackpole Estate, with three routes catering to different abilities.
There will be a number of similar events taking place all over the UK as the charity hopes to get more people out and about to enjoy their local countryside.
Philip Broadbent-Yale, outdoors programme manager at the National Trust, said: "These rides offer a fantastic way to see amazing countryside and have been specifically designed to cater for all ages and abilities, from first-time riders to seasoned pros, there's something for everyone.
The Visit Wales blog recently said that anyone heading to the country this summer must try out some of its locally-produced ciders, which are said to provide the perfect accompaniment to any outdoor event.
