Learn new skills while at hotels in the Cotswolds
A series of courses are on offer to anyone staying at accommodation in the Cotswolds that will give people a number of rural skills they can put to good use.
The Cotswolds Rural Skills website gives details of exactly what courses are available and hopes that visitors will sign up to make a real impression on the area's landscape.
People staying at Tetbury hotels, for example, may want to attend Dry Stone Walling for Beginners, which invites participants to spend the weekend of May 21st and 22nd building a brand new structure.
Professional instructor John Hepworth will be lending a hand to make sure the dry stone wall will remain in place for centuries to come.
On May 5th, Map and Compass for Beginners will be held in Northleach, which aims to teach some basic skills that will prevent people getting lost in the great countryside of the Cotswolds.
