Llandudno to welcome Transport Festival once again
North Wales hotels may be especially popular next May, as the Llandudno Transport Festival will be taking place once again.
Billed as the largest festival of its kind in Wales, the festival attracts more than 1,000 visitors alongside a host of vintage and classic cars.
The next event is expected to draw in 300 cars, 400 classic commercial vans, buses and military vehicles, 120 or more motorcycles and more than 100 trade and autojumble stalls.
Anyone interested in attending the festival will have to make their reservations at hotels in Llandudno between May 5th and 7th.
Admission is priced at £5.50 for adults and £1 for children, while the senior rate stands at £5.
A debate is still continuing in Llandudno over whether people should be allowed to cycle along the town's promenade, which is currently prohibited under a bylaw.
Safety experts have argued that children need a safe area to practise riding their bikes on.
