Hotels in Llandudno will no doubt be taking reservations from those planning to attend next year's transport festival.

The Llandudno Transport Festival 2012 is scheduled to take place from May 5th-7th, giving plenty of opportunity for people of all ages to see what it has to offer.

Regular visitors to the event will know that there are some festivities that take place every year, such as a Saturday road run through the World Heritage town of Conwy, taking in Llanrhos and Deganwy along the way.

On the Sunday, two major events are planned, including the annual gathering of buses and coaches for a street parade, during which people get dressed up and travel through the streets.

This event is also repeated on the Monday for those guests of North Wales hotels who may have missed it.

In the evening, a second road run takes place around the Marine Drive, offering coastal views and a series of unusual photo opportunities.
