Delegate Price Guide
Classic British Hotels have an excellent range of conference and meeting venues. As a minimum, every hotel offers the things you would normally need for any conference or meeting. Our standard delegate packages are shown below.
Many Classic British Hotels also include a host of additional, thoughtfully considered, items in their standard delegate package, over and above those listed.
The MINIMUM Non-Residential Day Package includes:
- Hire of the main meeting room for the day, set up in your chosen layout
- Serving of morning coffee & tea with biscuits
- Buffet (or working) lunch, including a vegetarian option, served to fit your schedule
- Serving of afternoon tea & coffee with biscuits
- Projection screen
- Flip chart
- Writing pads & pens
- Place cards
- Mineral water & cordials
- Dedicated contact at the hotel for your requirements on the day
The MINIMUM 24-hour Residential Package includes:
All of the above elements, plus:
- 3-course dinner in the restaurant
- Overnight accommodation (single occupancy)
- Full breakfast the following morning
Items in addition to those above vary from hotel to hotel. For example, Villiers Hotel in Buckingham includes the use of its superb AV facilities - plasma screen or data projector & screen, electronic whiteboard, video linkage between meeting rooms, wireless broadband, PC & printer - in the standard delegate package.
Many of the Cotswold hotels serve delicious pastries and homemade shortbread with their servings of refreshments. The Aerodrome Hotel, Croydon, features fridges in all meeting rooms, stocked with soft drinks and Red Bull, and in the summer ice creams are on hand to cool down your delegates.
Classic British Hotels often include single occupancy of their double or twin rooms as part of their residential package, giving your delegates welcome extra space. Many offer an additional serving of coffee and tea with biscuits on arrival, as standard.
We can also tailor your delegate package to meet your specific requirements. You may choose to upgrade your options for lunch and dinner to include additional courses and wine, and private dining can also be easily arranged. You may wish to include activities for partners, such as health & beauty treatments, or perhaps end the meeting with a round of golf. Exclusive use of the hotel may also be an option if so desired.
