Food & Drink

The Restaurant

The restaurant at Wyck Hill House enjoys a superb reputation, awarded two AA Rosettes for its contemporary dishes. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, with à la carte and table d’hôte menus, in the traditional conservatory whilst gazing out of large French windows across the glorious 50-acre estate. Ingredients are locally sourced, such as Cotswold lamb and Gloucestershire cheeses, and freshly picked to ensure that each mouthful is bursting with local flavours.

Please reserve a table for dinner in advance.

Library & Bar

The Elizabethan-style library and bar, with its beautiful oak-panelled walls, traditional open fire, wooden flooring and antique furniture, provides a watering hole befitting a country manor. The bar menu offers light meals and snacks, from afternoon to evening, to enjoy whilst savouring time with a loved one or relishing a good read.

Al Fresco Dining

In the summer, dining at Wyck Hill reveals an altogether different flavour. Take a seat in the fresh open air – sunny or shade – and dine al fresco. The conservatory restaurant opens onto a large terrace, with outdoor sofas, tables and chairs, where you can make the most of the fine weather whilst taking in spectacular views of Windrush Valley.

Afternoon Tea

Don’t miss the opportunity to indulge in afternoon tea whilst staying in this glorious setting – savour homemade scones with fruit preserve and cream, sandwiches, cakes and a pot of tea. Both traditional afternoon tea and champagne afternoon tea are available to order and can be enjoyed in the library and bar, by the roaring open fire, in the winter, or on the terrace in the summer. Afternoon tea can be booked in advance, at a special price, when booking your room via classicbritishhotels.com.
