In 2024, Classic British Hotels focused on empowering member hotels to strengthen their direct booking channels. Through strategic opportunities and partnerships, we helped our members drive revenue and improve their online presence.

We’ve grown our membership, adding some beautiful properties in new locations throughout the United Kingdom, representing in excess of 6,000 rooms.

We’ve hosted over 200 agency engagements that have significantly strengthened our partnerships, awareness and business acquisition into our member hotels.

GDS business has soared as we focus on growing market share through securing new RFP and introducing new strategic partnerships.

We’ve provided new brand partnerships that have seen a significant growth in data acquisition, awareness and social media reach across our collection.

We successfully enhanced our membership engagement as we hosted our Annual Members Conference, delivered new member webinars, training workshops and published case studies that deliver real opportunities.
