1) Spa treatments times are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel on 01244 335262 once you have made your reservation to then reserve your treatment times. 2) No payment will be taken by the property until your treatment times have been secured. 3) Full pre-payment will then be processed at the time of treatment confirmation, which is non-refundable 4) Advance Purchase Rates are based on the package room rate only and exclude supplements added during the booking process. 5) Advance Purchase Rates require the total booking value at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. 6) Cancellations and non-arrivals will be charged in full. 7) Advance purchase bookings will be liable for charge unless the UK government changes its official travel advice or local authorities implement additional restrictions. Please note that we will only be offering to move these bookings to a future date. 8) Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the Pool or Spa. 9) Cold Breakfast Buffet and selected Hot items are included in the package. Some hot breakfast items do hold a supplement and can be added to your invoice.
