Terms & Conditions
1) No payment is taken in advance of your stay. The total booking value of your reservation is due on departure at the hotel. 2) This is a fully flexible rate. Booking amendments and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to your designated day of arrival. Cancellations or amendments made outside of the designated cancellation period, and non-arrivals, will be charged the total booking value. 3) On check in you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a Pre-Authorization of £50 per night to guarantee any extras during your stay. Please be aware early check in does have a small fee of £10 per hour if you wish to get in your room before 2.00pm. 4) 20 per cent discount on spa treatments at Gresham House Wellness cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Pre-booking of spa treatments is required and not guaranteed. 5) Free on-site parking is subject to availability.
