Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available from 1-Jan-22 to 30-April-23 on Wednesday and Thursday nights only (also available on Tuesday 14th February). 2. The offer 'from' price is based on 2 adults sharing a standard double room. 3. Bookings amended or cancelled within 7 days of arrival incur a charge equivalent to a 1 night stay. Bookings are entirely non-refundable within 48h of arrival. 4. Bookings on this offer may be transferred once to an alternative date of stay without charge. Booking transfers must be made up to 2.00 p.m. within 7 days of the designated day of arrival. Transfers outside of this policy will be charged in full. 5. One (1) bottle of Prosecco per room, per stay. 6. No part of this offer can be exchanged in whole or part for any other items. 7. This offer is subject to promotional availability. Excludes: Christmas Day; New Year's Eve; Mothering Sunday; and any other special event or occasion dates. 8. On check in you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a Pre-Authorization of £50 per night to guarantee any extras during your stay. Please be aware early check in does have a small fee of £10 per hour if you wish to get in your room before 2.00pm. 9. Complimentary parking on-site (this is limited and is bookable on a strictly first come first served basis) We are unable to reserve parking spaces with the exception of disabled spaces and mobility impaired drivers.
