The Barns Hotel offers a peaceful riverside location for your meeting or event. The hotel is located in Bedford, just off the main dual carriageway, 10 miles from the M1 and 8 miles from the A1 motorways. Within a 25 mile radius are the towns of St Neots, Milton Keynes, Luton, Wellingborough, Northampton and Stevenage. Trains from Bedford Railway station, 2 miles from the hotel, take from just 15 minutes to London Luton Airport, 29 miles away, and 40 minutes to London St Pancras International Station, which has access to Eurostar services.

The hotel offers three flexible ground floor conference suites. The Tithe Barn dates back to the 13th Century, and has a traditional timber frame with red brick noggin and a red tiled roof. Its size makes it ideal for a range of meetings, events and celebrations. The Northill and Southill Suites are smaller in size and are ideal for smaller meetings with air conditioning and natural daylight. Both suites are accessible for disabled guests. All rooms offer high-speed wireless internet access and audio visual equipment and sound systems can be easily provided.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked. Each room is set up and available at least 30 minutes before your meeting or event. You will have a dedicated member of staff, who will be available all day long, to help your event run smoothly and to organise any last minute changes or additional requirements.

There is ample free parking and free WiFi for delegates throughout the hotel and public areas.
