Enjoy Pudding Club at a Cotswold hotel
Anyone in search of an interesting night out while staying at accommodation in the Cotswolds may want to head to Three Ways House, which hosts its Pudding Club every week.
First established in 1985, the event is held every Friday night and some Saturdays as well, expressandstar.com revealed.
Co-owner Jill Coombe told the website: "The evening starts at 7.30pm with an aperitif in the lounge when the full history and rules of the club are explained."
She added that three light main courses are then on offer to visitors, before the organisers parade "seven traditional, British puddings through the room to much applause and cheering".
At the end of the evening, one of the desserts is put forward for the accolade of pudding of the month, which is then voted on during a special meeting.
This follows an article for This is London, which recently pointed out that the Cotswolds has a certain charm that draws visitors to it year after year.
