Who can use a spa voucher?
Answer:
Most of our spa hotels offer health and beauty treatments to guests over the age of 16. Certain medical conditions or pregnancy may preclude you from having some of the treatments available. If you have any concerns, then, please check with us before making your booking.

How do I print my eVoucher?
Answer:
Your voucher will arrive by email as a PDF attachment. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free) to open the attachment and print. The quality of the print finish will be determined by the spec of your printer.

What delivery and postal options do I have?

- Gift vouchers can be emailed free of charge;
- Can be mailed 1st Class in a presentation envelope £2.95.

How long will it take for my voucher to arrive?
Answer:
eVouchers are delivered and will arrive instantly. All vouchers ordered before 3:00 pm (GMT) on a weekday for delivery by First Class Royal Mail will be dispatched the same working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If a voucher is ordered after 3:00 pm on a weekday, or on a weekend, it is dispatched the next working day. 1st Class mail aims to deliver your gift envelope to its destination the next working day – including Saturdays.

I’ve lost my voucher, can I still make a booking?

Vouchers can be retrieved from the system and reissued, but please do contact us as this is soley at our discretion.

Can I extend or refund my voucher?
Answer:
Vouchers can be extended for 3 months for a standard admin fee of £20. Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be refunded.

I have only part used my voucher, can I carry forward the balance?
Answer:
Unfortunately, each voucher has a unique voucher ID that can only be used for one transaction.
